Business Psychology is the science of the business mind... This is a neuron. You have 100 billion of these helping you set goals, make choices and take intelligent actions. Mark Parkinson
Business & Occupational Psychologist

It's a people performance thing... I am a Business Psychologist specialising in executive assessment, selection and development. In particular the identification of individual talent, entrepreneurial flair and leadership potential.

Smart people science. What psychology brings to business is a scientific way of spotting the best and getting them to perform. It lets you unravel the complexities of behaviour and differentiate your offering through its people. Let me put it like this: if you have a financial problem you use an accountant, equally you can benefit from expert advice when dealing with the (much trickier) human side of things. That's because good psychology = better business.

Why talent matters: Spotting and developing top performers can have a significant impact on overall productivity. The management consultants McKinsey & Company reporting that they can generate an extra 67% compared to their more average performing colleagues.*

Interested... Perhaps you haven't used a business psychologist before and are trying to choose one that suits your way of working, if so you might like to consider the Four A's.
